Faith, Hope, and Love

When I headed off to Cupcake '10, all by my lonesome, last January I had no idea what to expect upon meeting the collective group of ladies and more specifically the two that I would be staying with for the weekend.  I was lucky to have connected with Stephanie, who blogs at The Hanes Family Chronicles.  Since Gabe's diagnosis in May she has been a faithful prayer partner and has encouraged me to trust God more and turn to Him in all things, because He really IS faithful and never leaves us. Today she has put together a list to encourage you with words of faith, hope, and love.

In the midst of any trial in my life, I have always found that the One who made me is faithful and good. I cannot always see the joy and the blessings He will bring out of the dark moments in my life, but I know that He has already proved Himself faithful and I know that He will not change. For He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Faith, Hope, Love

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” (1 Corinthians 13:13)


“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” (Hebrews 11:1)

“Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.” (1 John 5:5)

“…The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.” (Galatians 5:6)
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6)

My prayer for you, dear friends, is that you might know the joy and happiness that can only be found in Him and that through your trial and anymore struggles that come your way you will turn to Him and be reminded that He is faithful and He will carry you through.
