Welcome to the Chicken Salad edition of Saturday Salads!
I love my chicken salad all fruity...the more, the better.
When I make it, I do a little bit of this and a little bit of that kind of measuring.
However, here's my best attempt at putting it into a recipe.
Favorite, Fruity Chicken Salad
1 -1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup sliced grapes
1/2 cup diced celery
optional walnuts or slivered almonds on top
My favorite way to eat this is open face on a piece of toast. YUM!
