Tortellini Soup
3 can chicken broth
(9-oz.) packages refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. minced, fresh basil
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
Garnish: fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
Bring broth to a boil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add tortellini and the rest of the ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minuts. Garnish.

I'll have to look through my recipes to see which one I want to share. I love salads, so this will be fun to gather more recipes.
